Cinnamon Roll French Toast

This is the best french toast recipe for homemade cinnamon french toast.


INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
6 pieces of bread
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs with 2/3 cup milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon ans salt.
2. In another bowl, mix 1 cup of powdered sugar with 1tbs milk. Set aside.

I wasn't in the mood for Valentines but when I made this tart I  cut some hearts to cover the tart and think was nice to Valentines. BTW you can make some leaves to or use other cutter shape. Adapted from Good Housekeeping Ingredients pastry 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 10 tablespoon butter cut up and very cold 8 to 10   tablespoon  ice water Filling  3 cups frozen blackberries  2/3 cup granulated sugar 2  or 3 ripe pears peeled, cored and chopped 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest pinch of salt 1 egg yolk 2 tablespoon cream or milk Pastry In a bowl mix flour and salt until combined.
