Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup butter, softened
 - 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
 - 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
 - In the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugars on medium speed until light and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
 - Add the eggs and vanilla and beat again until combined, scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
