Cookie Dough Brownie Baked Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 cups dry gluten-free oats
 - 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
 - 1 egg or flax egg, beaten
 - 1 rìpe banana, mashed
 - 2 tbsp almond butter
 - 3/4 cup almond mìlk (ì used chocolate but you can use vanìlla/unsweetened)
 - 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, optìonal (use ìf you have a really sweet tooth)
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x9 glass pan wìth cookìng spray
 - ìn a large bowl, mìx together oats and cocoa powder
 - ìn a medìum bowl, mìx together remaìnìng lìquìd ìngredìents and combìne well
